Uniqus is seeking professionals for our ARC team. As a member ofthe team, you will work with clients to provide high-quality accountingadvisory services, focusing on the application of accounting standards,assisting clients with financial reporting, and dealing with complex accounting issues. You will be responsible for assisting the Manager / Associate Director with project execution and management.
Responsibilities:
Consultingclients on diverse business and finance transformation engagements includingparticipating and managing consulting engagements with emphasis on:
Assist with financial reporting, including the preparation of financialstatements w.r.t IFRS and GAAP
Diverse business and process improvement engagements
CFO agenda-related topics
Support the Manager / Associate Director to manage client relationships and actas a point of contact for clients.
Technical accounting advice to clients on complex accounting issues and conductresearch on accounting topics and prepare technical memos.
Building relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines to provideseamless integrated service
Managing performance and identifying opportunities to improve our services andprocesse s

Qualification
Qualified CAs
CA with experience of working intechnical accounting/financial reporting.
1-3 years ofrelevant experience
Requirements
Shouldhave recent experience in the planning, execution, and reporting of financialstatements prepared in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP; or recentexperience in providing financial reporting advisory services with emphasis overrisk identification, assessment and mitigation, financetransformation / optimization , internal control system and process improvementand optimization for multinational and local clients.
Demonstratea sound understanding of accounting concepts; stay informed of professionalstandards; and effectively apply this knowledge to moderately difficult and/orcomplex client situations.
Flexibilityand willingness to travel on short notice, as necessary.
Possess strong domain knowledge.
Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbalcommunication skills.
Ability to work well in teams.
Abilityto work under pressure u2013 stringent deadlines and tough client conditions whichmay demand extended working hours.
