- This person should be experienced in tracking project management activities in residential villas and apartments, end to end, at least two projects experience must be there.
- Must be excellent working knowledge in MS Excel and MS Project.
- Must have experience of managing couple of projects scheduling, tracked end to end,
- Must have done all cost and schedule estimates before start of the project and tracked through the execution of the project.
- must know all the check lists, templates, to ensure the quality and follow the construction process.
- should be able to prepare the bills, BoQs, Labour Estimates etc.
- Must have prior experience in taking quotes, and must know, ongoing rates (both labour and material) in Bangalore and surroundings etc.
- Must have experience in sending MoMs, preparing of dash boards to the business owners and clients.
