Description
We are seeking skilled Construction Project Managers with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and project management, with the ability to oversee projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
- Oversee project teams, including contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or risks, taking action to address them as necessary
- Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns or issues
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and other project-related documents
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, motivating and guiding them towards project success
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in construction project management
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Familiarity with project management software and tools
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
