Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Faculty at Rustomjee Academy for Global Careers. The Construction Faculty will be responsible for delivering lectures and conducting practical sessions related to construction skills. They will also provide guidance and support to students, assess their performance, and contribute to curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials
• Excellent teaching and communication skills
• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
• Proficiency in relevant software and technology used in the construction field
• Relevant certifications or degrees in construction or related fields
• Experience in curriculum development is a plus
• Passion for empowering and mentoring students
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Construction or relative field
