- Has basic understanding of: Amisys, DST, Optum, claim submissions/billing, pre-adjudication rules, testing requirements, Excel and Golden
- Able to handle basic level: benefit testing, ARQ testing, contract testing and claims analysis for one market
- Able to perform basic root cause analysis with minimal assistance
