While Internet of things an upcoming technological break-through and a fast-developing field of technology, the access control to restricted resources devices still remains a concern. Unfortunately, the present solutions which are accepted for both web and cloud-based applications cannot be implemented directly to these devices. The conventional solutions require lot of computational and bandwidth capabilities which are not available when it comes to constrained devices. Apart from these conventional solutions also offer very limited interoperability against standard communication protocols for the Internet of Things. In this aspect, Blockchain provides a solution to IoT security which is decentralized and doesn't provide third parties solution. Project will be on how to implement blockchain in IoT and how efficiently it can be used to secure the IoT.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
- Raspberry Pi 3 interfacing.
- Learn how to implement blockchain in IoT.
- Learn how Blockchain provides a solution to IoT security.
- Make sure only accepted users can access allotted resources.
- Learn how to effectively use blockchain to secure IoT.
