Operating computer systems and ensuring their proper functioning
Monitoring the performance of computer systems and identifying potential issues
Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and organizing computer equipment
Troubleshooting hardware and software problems and resolving them in a timely manner
Backing up and restoring data as needed
Installing and configuring software and hardware components
