We are currently seeking a skilled Computer Operator to manage our online portals, including platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, and JioMart seller portals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, and a polite and courteous demeanor. We have a preference for female candidates for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain online seller portals on platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, and JioMart.
Upload product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.- Monitor inventory levels and update as necessary to ensure products are accurately represented.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Analyze sales data and trends to optimize product listings and increase sales.- Stay updated on platform policies and guidelines to ensure compliance.
Requirements:- Proven experience in managing online seller portals, preferably on Flipkart, Amazon, and JioMart.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in using computer software and navigating online platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and friendly demeanor.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing product listings and inventory.
Knowledge of e-commerce trends and best practices.
