Key Responsibilities:- Operate and manage computer systems for day-to-day business operations.
Prepare and manage billing, including generating and processing invoices.- Ensure accuracy in billing and maintain records of all transactions.
Assist in data entry and maintain organized records in the system.
- Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
Perform routine software updates and backups as required.- Provide administrative support and assist with general office tasks.
Must have a background from an English medium education.- Proficiency in English is essential.
Experience in billing and invoice generation is required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and billing software.
