JOB TITTLE-Computer Numerical Control Machine Operator(Forming or Turning)
Role and Responsibility of Operator:-
- Collect the drawing, blue print and engineering plan
- Set up Machines as per set up plan
- Programming
- Ensure load feed mechanism by lifting stock into position
- Verifies setting by measuring position, first run after and sample work piece
- Daily plan sheet to be updated
- Fill up route card
- Produce necessary quantity as per production sheet
- Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
- Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions
- Documents actions by completing production and quality logs
- Push the products to further process as per route card
