Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Computer Lab Assistant at BIT Mesra. The role involves providing technical support to students and faculty, ensuring computer literacy, troubleshooting issues, and communicating effectively. The position is based in Ranchi, with flexibility for some others remote work.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Computer Literacy and Operating Systems knowledge
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in providing technical assistance in an educational setting
- Ability to adapt to different operating systems and software applications
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Master degree in Public Administration and Advanced Degree in Computer Application or related field preferred.
