Job Description

  • Diagnose and repair hardware issues with computers and other equipment in the IT lab.
  • Identify and resolve technical problems with computer systems and network connections.
  • Install and configure hardware components, operating systems, and peripheral devices.
  • Assist in managing the lab s network environment, including servers and connectivity issues.
  • Conduct regular checks to prevent hardware malfunctions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to students and faculty in the IT lab.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities.
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with networking principles and equipment.
  • Experience with server management and operating system installations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Good communication skills for interacting with students and faculty.
