Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in contract management/operations or sales operations.
Experience supporting cross-functional projects related to accounting, finance, transformations, or integrations or change management.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience communicating with executives.
Experience in or understanding of working with Enterprise sales or Cloud computing.
Familiarity with corporate governance rules, risk management content, or central tracking and monitoring of controls.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
Support day-to-day contracting operations including policy queries, contract execution blockers, access reviews, and signature requests.
Oversee contracting operations for Google Cloud India commercial agreements, including quarterly close procedures and continuous improvement of signature procedures.
Build and maintain a searchable knowledge repository of policy decisions and guidance for customer-facing teams.
Identify and address process improvement opportunities for contract execution, working with Google teams to continually build internal operational capabilities.
