Designation: Compliance Officer and CS

Experience: 4 to 5 years of experience in NBFC OR Asset Reconstruction company

Education: CS Mandatory

Location: Mumbai

Job Role:

a) coordinating with interested parties to arrange productive Board, committee, and management meetings and guaranteeing the delivery of actionable reports following the meeting

b) Responding to any complaints, communications, and regulatory inquiries

c) Giving management legal advice on business matters

d)Making sure that all CA, 2013 requirements are met

e) Preparing acquisition documents and supporting acquisition transactions Assignment Agreement Registration in Mumbai

f) Supervising other operational support compliance requirements, such as LEI, ROC charge files, ISIN generation for trusts, and security perfection

g) Any further tasks that may be assigned
