7Changes or Modification in Registration
8Transfer of Registration
9Corrections & Revisions
10Renewal of Registration
11Surrender of Registration
12Refund and final settlement of Registration
13Audit Support for 7-10 years from date of Registration
14Handling Employee Relationship issue related to compliances.
15Payroll Calculation & Leave Management
16Expenses Management & Record update
17TDS deduction, Investment record preparation & Submission.
18Keeping Personal files of Employees.
19Keeping SoftCopy of Documents
20Handling Exception cases with multiple authorities like Accidents, Theft, Deaths, etc.
21Making Monthly, Quartely, Half Yearly & Yearly Challans, Returns, Amendment of PF, ESI, PTax, LWF, Industrial Dispute Act, Minimum Wages Act,etc.
22Supporting employees on PF withdrawl &transfers requests, etc
23Visiting Client for Compliance related issues and providing support during Audits.
24Updating Minimum Wages at all India levels.
25Maintaining Compliance Hygine according to various acts and sending weekly Compliance Report to clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Client delivery on time with zero error.
- Employee & Client satisfaction with quality delivery
- Employee query solution with in the TAT period.
