Compliance officer

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Compliance Officer for Canada and Hongkong. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our company adheres to all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the Indian job market context. The ideal candidate will have 1-11 years of experience in compliance and a strong understanding of Indian regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures for the company
• Ensure that the company is in compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance
• Develop and deliver compliance training to employees
• Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and reports
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that compliance is integrated into business processes
• Provide guidance and support to management and employees on compliance matters
• Stay up to date with changes in relevant laws and regulations

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, or related field
• 1-11 years of experience in compliance
• Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
