Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce housing finance compliance policies.
- Ensure adherence to housing finance regulations.
- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Provide housing finance-specific compliance training.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints.
- Collaborate with legal counsel on housing finance laws.
- Stay updated on housing finance regulatory changes.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately.
- Monitor internal processes for compliance.
- Serve as primary contact for regulatory inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
- 8-10 years of housing finance compliance experience.
- Strong knowledge of housing finance regulations.
- Analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Certification in compliance (e.g., CRCM) preferred.
