Designation: Compliance Analyst
Know Your Customer & Third-Party Due Diligence
Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence for new and existing clients by requesting the KYC / DDQ information from supplier, customers and third parties.
Assist in gathering information by researching about the customers / suppliers / third parties from various sources including credit reports, Bloomberg, Reuters, stock exchanges, google, whenever required.
Perform name screening on a third-party screening software, if any flags to review and determine them for appropriate closure.
Maintain high quality standards of accuracy of the data being screened in Amber Road.
Escalate to Compliance team for any red flags, negative news on timely basis.
Vessel, Barge
Review vessel, barge related information received from Ops by conducting due diligence from Equasis, Q88 and other sources to ensure the vessel is compliant prior to adding in JDE.
Obtain approval for vessel, barge from Compliance if it is over 30 years old.
Ad-hoc Tasks
Assist in maintaining and updating records as needed.
Assist in other compliance related projects as needed.
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
Freshers with any Bachelors degree or 0 - 2 years professional experience in Anti-Money Laundering / KYC Compliance
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Strong creative problem solving and analytical thinking skills
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Basic knowledge on SharePoint
Flexible in working with shifts including night shift if required
