About the Role : Compliance Analyst

Compliance Analyst Job Responsibilities

• Validate and approval of Compliances on Compliance Monitoring System on regular basis | On Real Time
• Daily activity to connect with every site owner and update the status on Not Complied list
• Action plan from Owners with timelines on Non-Compliances Items
• Monthly and Weekly Dashboard to be shared to Compliance Head, management highlighting the current status of compliances
• SPOC for mapping all new added sites /compliances in CMS
• End to end connect with central legal compliance team on the dashboard and compliance progress
• Analyzing and updating existing compliance policies and related documentation.
• Communicating compliance policies and guidelines to all stakeholders.
• Developing and maintaining a compliance recordkeeping system.
• Prepares regular reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Researching industry compliance regulations, policies, various laws, rules, and regulations.

Compliance Analyst Job Specifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in data-driven, analytical role
• Outstanding prioritization and time-management skills
• Advanced communication & technical skills in Power Point, Excel, Visio and Word
• Exceptional ability to formulate compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

1. Validate Compliance on Compliance Monitoring Tool on Monthly basis | On Real Time
2. Daily activity to connect with every site owner and update the status on Not Complied list
3. Action plan from Owners with timelines on Non-Compliances Items
4. Monthly Dashboard to be shared to Compliance Head, management highlighting the current status of compliances.
5. Sample dipstick review of compliance marked Complied by Owners
6. Cross check the data submitted by Owners in CMS against the Data available at site | This is a sample reconciliation activity
7. SPOC for mapping all new added sites /compliances in CMS
8. End to end connect with central legal compliance team on the dashboard and compliance progress
