- Perform daily background checks and affiliation checks on expert profiles against 3rd party databases, making a decision based on the search result, and flagging to Client Solutions (CS) and/ client if necessary.
- Perform daily compliance reviews and approvals in a timely manner based on Lynk s internal compliance policies and Client specific compliance requirements.
- Support the CS team by fielding queries regarding compliance concerns/ issues from experts related to projects, consultations, clients, Terms & Conditions (T&C), policies and procedures.
- Assist in the training of new joiners on compliance policies, processes and procedures
- Assist in conducting compliance audits (scheduled and ad hoc)
- Generate usage reports (scheduled and ad hoc) for submission to respective clients
Supporting Duties
- Review clients contracts to extract compliance requirements and operationalise into CS workflows
- Maintain and update clients compliance requirements on our platform, notifying the relevant Account Leads for any updates or changes to workflows
- Work closely with Client Solutions and Client Compliance teams to facilitate Client compliance workflows
- Assist in maintaining and administering the Lynk Compliance Portal
- Liaise with product/tech team to automate compliance processes
- Review content and compliance controls throughout the end to end expert journey
- Respond to queries related to all legal documents (Lynk s Privacy Policy, T&C etc) from external parties
- Assist in data protection regulations (e.g. European Union General Data Protection Regulation) ongoing operations
- Monitor, report and document compliance issues/breaches
- Analyse compliance gaps, identify issues, propose short, medium and long term solutions, implement/ operationalise chosen solutions
- Keep abreast of any regulatory changes and news which may impact Lynk
