- Responsible for identifying, growing, managing new revenue generating B2B, Institutional, Governmental Private partnerships and new business syndication opportunities.
- Drive revenue goals of the Organization through geographies/markets, and service provision.

- Interface with existing customers to add value and expand business.
- Profitable revenue growth for the company driven primarily through new business development and better management of organic growth opportunities with existing business.
- Work with a cross-functional team of technical managers, EHS team, marketing, and sales teams to build proper customer relation across India.
- Responsible to develop and execute awareness programs and knowledge sharing sessions with Institutions, Universities, Colleges, Schools and other educational firms.
- Develop concrete relations with State and National Government authorities to provide one stop solution for waste management problems across India and negotiate contracts.
- Plan and provide unique training programs to residential associations, welfare associations, community clubs, business associations etc.,
- Attend Conferences, meetings and discussions to present the Company image well.
- Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends and alter the business strategies accordingly to win the market.
- Manage and prioritize all customer requests and enhance Customer Relations towards business expansion.
REQUIREMENTS
- Min Master Degree in Business
- 10+ years of professional experience in Waste Management industry with strong understanding
- Excellent Corporate communication skills
- Ability to think and act strategically
- Able to travel frequently
- Strong management and cross-functional management capabilities
- Able to develop good relationship with all stakeholders
- Ability to conduct market research to understand customer needs
- Excellent Presentation skills to all levels of audience
- Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access etc.)
THE Repair Refurbishment Executives SKILL SET:
- Preferred two years hands-on experience in the Chip-level repairing of Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, Motherboards, SMPS, RAM, Hard Disks, Printers, Fault Diagnosis, Trouble Shooting, and the preparation of reports for all related issues.
- Possess good knowledge of the inspection of ICT products
- Knowledge and expertise on Mobile repair are an added advantage.
- Experience in Micro level repair and refurbishment is an added advantage
- Knowledge in data destruction from HDD and other related medias
- Freshers also can apply
- 0 - 3 years of ICT Products repair refurbishment work experience
- Able to diagnose all kind of ICT Devices equipment.
- Should be a team player
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communication, Computer or relevant certification
- Able to solve problems independently
