The Compensation Lead is responsible for providing advanced analysis on compensation policies and programs. This role plays a key role in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation structures that attract and retain talent while ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness
Essential Job Functions
- Conduct complex analyses on market trends, job evaluations, pay scales, and compensation strategies. Provide insights and recommendations for compensation adjustments and new initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and leadership to design and implement effective compensation programs and structures.
- Manage compensation-related data within HRIS systems. Generate reports for leadership review and decision-making.
- Ensure compensation programs are compliant with legal and regulatory standards. Participate in audits and reviews as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, advising management on compensation-related issues and best practices.
- Lead compensation-related projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s Degree Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, or Related Field.
- 6+ years Experience in compensation analysis, with a proven track record of handling complex compensation projects.
