We are looking for a Global C&B manager for one of our clients based in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate:
- Should be able to develop, implement, administer, and maintain C&B programs, policies and procedures throughout the organization.
- Should be able to evaluate the current comp plan againist the peer organizations to determine the treds and developments.
- Ensure the program aligns with the organization's and employee's needs.
- Make sure the programs implemented are legally compliant and cost effective.
- Ensure that the department goals are met within the approved budget.
- Should be able to communicate and counsel the employees on any comp related issues.
Requirements:
The candidate:
- Must possess an MBA in HR or a related discipline from a recongnized insitute.
- Should have 7 to 10 years of end to end global C&B experience including but not limited to:
Job evaluation.
Benefits Bench-marking.
Budgeting and forecasting.
Global compensation review.
Designing and execution of LTI & STI.
- Must have Handled multi-geography vis-a-vis Multi-currency C&B programs.
- Should be able to work as an individual contributor and with a team.
