The role will report functionally to Head of Compensation and benefits APAC, and locally to Head of Human Resources Natixis Global Services (India)

Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze Compensation and Benefits Trends to propose best C&B practice for APAC
• Compile and analyze various market remuneration surveys and benchmark
• Advise each country HR on Global and Regional C&B guidelines
• Prepare staff remuneration and benefits cost forecast and budget
• Support annual compensation review process
• Support in benefit and compensation processes and operations across the region
• Support other ad-hoc C&B projects

Required Skills:

• 5 yr + relevant experience
• Master or Degree holder of Business, Finance, Statistics, or HR
• Solid knowledge of financial industry Comp & Ben topics
• Strong data analysis skills and numerical aptitude
• Excellent MS Office Skills
• Proactive, meticulous and with strong organization skills
• Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
