• Compile and analyze data related to employee compensation and benefits.
• Conducting market research on industry compensation trends.
• Make reports and presentations on compensation and benefits.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
