Conduct job evaluations and market analysis to determine competitive compensation levels for various roles within the organization.
Develop and administer compensation policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
Collaborate with HR business partners and hiring managers to design and implement effective compensation structures and incentive programs.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on compensation-related matters, including salary adjustments, promotions, and bonuses.
Analyse compensation data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.
Participate in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
Assist in the development and communication of total rewards statements and other compensation-related communications to employees.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in compensation and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualification required:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred.
3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP).
Demonstrated understanding of compensation principles, including job evaluation methodologies, market pricing techniques, and incentive plan design.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
