Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Support the Board of Directors with meeting organization and documentation.
• Maintain accurate corporate records and filings.
• Manage shareholder communications and meetings.
• Review contracts and advise on legal matters.
• Identify and mitigate legal and compliance risks.
• Manage all compliance under Company Law for foreign companies operating in India through liaison, branch and project offices.
