Job description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Company Secretary with expertise in Initial Public Offering (IPO) secretarial work. As a key member of our corporate governance team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating all company secretarial functions related to the IPO process. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, facilitating communication with regulatory bodies, and supporting the overall success of the IPO.
Responsibilities:
IPO Planning and Coordination:
Work closely with senior management, legal advisors, and underwriters to plan and coordinate all company secretarial activities related to the IPO process.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive timeline outlining key milestones and deadlines for regulatory filings and disclosures.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with all applicable securities laws, regulations, and stock exchange requirements throughout the IPO process.
Prepare and submit regulatory filings, including the prospectus and other necessary documents, in a timely and accurate manner.
Communication with Regulatory Bodies:
Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, stock exchanges, and other relevant authorities during the IPO process.
Respond promptly to inquiries and requests for information from regulatory agencies.
Board and Shareholder Relations:
Assist in the preparation of board resolutions and documentation related to the IPO, ensuring accurate and timely communication with the board of directors.
Coordinate with shareholders to facilitate their participation in the IPO and address any related concerns.
Qualifications:
1) At Least 1 yr experience working in SEBI Regulations, work exposure under LODR ICDR, IPO, Stock exchange.
2) Freshers will do but work experience during training should be similar.
3) Compulsory membership number needed.
