Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Company Secretary in Pune. The Company Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing legal documents and records, scheduling meetings, and maintaining corporate governance. They will also assist with drafting minutes of meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining statutory books.
