- Experience- Min. 7+ yrs as a CS (min. 5 yrs. exp.in manufacturing industry)
Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Providing information about products, services, and policies.
Handling customer complaints and issues efficiently.
Escalating complex problems to higher management or specialized departments.
Following up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Assisting customers with placing orders.
Handling returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Ensuring accuracy in order details and processing.
Offering technical support for products or services.
Guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.
Providing product usage and maintenance tips.
- Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve services.
Engaging in proactive communication to inform customers about new products or updates.
- NOTE: Candidates with a consistent job tenure are preferred. (Not too many job changes).
