• ROC compliance and secretarial work
• NCLT (National Company Law Tribunal) proceedings
• Mergers and acquisitions
• Drafting of commercial contracts
• FEMA & RBI approvals
• Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)
• Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)

Qualified CS: Candidates must hold a valid Company Secretary certification from a recognized authority.

Semi-Qualified CS: Candidates should have significant progress toward the CS qualification and possess a solid understanding of Company Law.

Management Trainee: Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
