Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as a Company Secretary cum finance manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Company Secretarial functions, along with comprehensive knowledge of LODR (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), and experience in managing accounts. The candidate should have a proven track record of working in listed companies, proficiency in Tally, and a solid understanding of tax regulations.
Responsibilities
- Company Secretarial Functions:
- Implement and oversee compliance with LODR provisions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain statutory records, registers, and filings.
- Coordinate board and committee meetings, draft agendas, and minutes.
- Facilitate communication between the company, shareholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Accounts Management:
- Supervise day-to-day accounting activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
- Listed Company Experience:
- Bring in-depth knowledge of working in a listed company environment.
- Navigate the complexities of regulatory frameworks specific to listed entities.
- Tally and Tax Knowledge:
- Proficiency in using Tally software for accounting purposes.
- Stay updated on tax regulations and implement strategies to optimize tax liabilities.
Qualifications And Experience
- Company Secretary (CS) qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in financial accounting.
- In-depth knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
