Role: Community Mobilizer (Punarjivan)

• Compensation: 14,000 (P.M.) (Negotiable)

• Qualification: Degree or Master degree from a good institute in Social Work / Sociology / relevant field

• Experience: A minimum of 1 or 2 years of relevant experience

• Job Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha

• Key Deliverables:

Plan and execute baseline surveys in various communities according to project objectives.

• Gather and compile relevant data and information as per task/project objectives.

Organize and facilitate community sessions and meetings to educate residents.

• Assist in the implementation of various assignments and programs at the community level.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with community leaders, residents, and stakeholders.

• Participate in awareness campaigns and events to address various community issues.

Prepare detailed written reports on all training sessions and community outreach activities.

• Complete all assigned tasks and achieve desired deliverables within set deadlines.

• Key Skills Required:

Here is a list of few skills which will be helpful in the daily functioning as a Community Mobilizer (Punarjivan):

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially in excel, word, PowerPoint and Google Drive etc.

Adhering to timelines and performing under pressure to achieve the targets.

• Team worker, proactive, strong work ethics, effective time management, interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English, Hindi and Odia.
