Job Overview
The Nirmaan Organization is seeking a dedicated Community Mobilizer to join our team in Hyderabad for a Full-Time position. This junior-level role is integral to fostering community engagement and involves coordinating events and connecting with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating strong community engagement and travel planning skills.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Engage with community members to foster relationships and encourage active participation in organizational programs.
- Plan and execute community events and workshops to enhance awareness and involvement in various initiatives.
- Collaborate with program managers and other team members to strategize and implement community outreach efforts.
- Travel to different community locations to conduct field assessments, gather feedback, and identify areas of improvement.
- Identify and nurture networking opportunities to promote program goals and organization objectives.
- Act as a liaison between the community and the organization, advocating for community needs and concerns.
- Gather and analyze community feedback to improve program designs and delivery.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting community engagement activities, outcomes, and future action plans.
