Job Description: Community Mobilizer (Banking and Finance Training Project)

• Location: Rajkot

• Salary Range: 15,000 - 18,000 INR

• Responsibilities:

Community Mobilization: Actively engage with the community to promote awareness and participation in the Banking and Finance Training Project.

• Field Work: Conduct frequent field visits to mobilize potential candidates for the training program.

Admissions Management: Assist in the admission process, including application collection, verification, and enrollment.

Student Support: Address student queries, provide information about the program, and offer guidance throughout the training period.Parent Communication: Communicate with parents to collect necessary data and ensure their involvement in the program.

• Data Collection: Collect and maintain accurate student details for program documentation and reporting purposes.

• Requirements:

Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi, with the ability to effectively engage with community members and parents.

• Field Work Experience: Prior experience in community mobilization or fieldwork is preferred.

Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage admission processes and maintain student records.Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with project team members and stakeholders to achieve program objectives.

• Educational Qualification: Minimum qualification of 12th standard (Higher education preferred).
