The foundation's mission is to provide dignified careers by training 1 Lac marginal women and youths in India with specialized Geriatric Care skills.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Community Mobilizer at Aaji Care Sevak Foundation. The Community Mobilizer will be responsible for tasks such as engaging with the community, managing customer relations, and overseeing community activities. This role is based in Thane with flexibility for remote work.
Qualifications
- Interpersonal Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Community Engagement and Community Management
- Strong ability to engage with diverse communities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Experience in the healthcare or social work industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, or related field
