Job Description

  • As the community manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a global and diverse community. You will be the face of the project and have a direct impact on the health of the community on a daily basis.
  • You should be self-driven, ambitious, and have exceptional oral and written communication skills. Ultimately, you will be behind our brands social media accounts and manage all communications for our community on different platforms.
  • You has worked on the community/growth aspects of a Crypto product in the past, is driven, passionate about working at an early stage startup, and recognises both the upside, growth, and impact you can in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Well-versed in social media platforms, especially: Discord, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Knowledge of copywriting, editing, and social media techniques and methods.
  • Adaptable/flexible -- enjoy doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction.
  • Innovative: prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity.
  • Able to think, plan, innovate and execute autonomously all the while being organized, and accountable.
  • You will be responsible for engaging and growing our online communities, with a heavy focus on Discord, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Manage and own content strategy, engaging and communicating with the community across all social channels.
  • Create a schedule of daily posts to engage the community regularly across core channels.
  • Be a daily presence in our core social channels and develop relationships with members and engage them in conversations.
  • Research (competitors social monitoring, industry trends, best practices, topics, etc.)
  • Organise events like webinars, office hours, AMAs.
  • Experience with having previously managed and scaled communities on Discord, Instagram, or Twitter.
  • Sizeable personal following on platforms like Twitter or Instagram.
