About the Job: -
This is a full-time onsite role. The community manager will be dynamic, self-transformed, inspiring, and motivating for women who want to become the best versions of themselves. The ideal community manager will have considerable weight management and womens health understanding. The work entails overseeing and engaging with both the online and offline wellness communities. The community manager will cooperate with the marketing and operational teams to create online and offline wellness campaigns for community members. The work necessitates strong communication skills in order to interact with members for brand building activities involving new concepts and campaigns. In addition, the community manager will work with the marketing and operational teams to establish strategies, as well as influencers and brand ambassadors to reach new audiences.
Roles and responsibilities: -
- Communicate with members using the available online and offline channels.
- Engage in a collaborative effort with the marketing, operations and business development team to actively engage in brand building activities.
- Produce internet content to raise community awareness.
- Actively interact with members to gain their opinions, suggestions, and aspirations for creating a fantastic community.
- To address any escalations, take an active part in the customer success and resolution meetings.
- Arrange and carry out community challenges, events, and engagement activities.
- Encourage members to contribute their own content and engage with them.
- Find the members who are community ambassadors, get to know and support them proactively.
- Promote good word-of-mouth campaigns and referral schemes for members.
- Create interesting and pertinent advertising content for a range of platforms while maintaining brand coherence and following advertising regulations.
- Work together with analytics teams to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of a campaign, delivering insightful information on a regular basis along with suggestions for enhancement.
- Identify and target specific audience segments through demographic, behavioral, and interest-based factors to boost campaign relevancy.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, creative teams, and other relevant parties to ensure that advertising content is in line with the goals and overarching brand messaging.
- To consistently improve community goals, keep up with industry trends, expectations, and new social media platforms.
- Utilize data to acquire understanding of consumer behavior, inclinations, and attitudes in order to make well-informed, data-driven decisions.
Eligibility
- Graduate with fluency in English is a must.
- Preferably a mum between 25-35 years old, BMI under 24. Uplifting, outgoing, vivacious, polished, charismatic, and motivating appearance.
- Ideally with a background in fitness coaching and three to five years or more of verified coaching experience.
- Possess a lot of expertise in running and interacting with online communities on many online and offline venues.
- Able to respond to general health and wellness enquiries from customers.
- Possessing expertise in womens health is advantageous. Outstanding English communication abilities as well as the capacity to motivate and encourage community members.
- Must be able to operate with the members and the communitys trust and feeling of confidentiality.
- Understanding of current trends in community health and wellness, program development, and company development.
- Dedicated to providing wellness services, Im interested in people and want to see them reach their full potential.
- Capable of working with a varied demographic and culturally competent.
- Adaptable and eager to spearhead organizational change.
- Exemplary work ethic and honesty as a professional.
- Good time management, outstanding organizing abilities, and the capacity to balance conflicting priorities.
