Position Summary

As a Community Manager at UnBubble, you will be instrumental in shaping our growth strategy and execution. You will be working on building the partnerships and growth vertical at UnBubble. Your entrepreneurial spirit will be tapped as you spearhead new initiatives and craft tactical strategies with a keen focus on achieving our ambitious business objectives. You will decode unique program needs and mastermind their design and execution. With a steady focus on results, you will be expected to align diverse stakeholders, ensuring our projects don't just finish but succeed within their timelines.

You will also work on operational support and be responsible for additional tasks that will improve the overall organisation's growth.

Location: Delhi NCR (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Launch and Drive Strategic Initiatives: You'll work closely with the founder to launch and manage strategic projects from end to end to meet organisational goals.
  • Process Optimization: You'll build and continuously refine the existing processes, creating efficiencies in the system for improved performance.
  • Ensure Timely Completion of Projects: Focusing on results, you'll align various stakeholders to ensure projects meet their objectives within set timelines.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in the startup ecosystem and the development sector.
  • Execution of Community and Communication Strategy: Take ownership of social media content that will drive communications and execute in-person events to boost network activities.
  • Innovate and refine communications strategy: Develop communication materials and knowledge collaterals.
  • Ability to leverage social media platforms and other digital marketing channels to pitch product offerings.
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills (ability to synthesise succinct and cohesive process narratives, control descriptions, and action plans)

What You Will Need To Bring To The Table

You will ideally have the following:

  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think outside the box to drive partnership success.
  • High ownership to demonstrate the ability and commitment to deliver significant initiatives from ideation to full deployment promptly.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to take ownership, manage multiple tasks & and priorities, and attention to detail & and accuracy.
  • Manage, nurture, and grow high-value external relationships with strategic importance to the institution.
  • Proficiency in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to develop content for blogs, guides, social media, etc, is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, detail-oriented and maturity to interact with the senior leadership
  • Self-driven to follow up with prospective clients relentlessly.

You should be:

  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and data-driven - you should be comfortable analysing data and patterns to drive decision-making processes.
  • Expert at a Hard Skill: Whether it's Excel, PowerPoint, SEO, marketing, or design, we seek individuals with a proven skill set. Your expertise will be evaluated during the hiring process to confirm its applicability to our team.
  • An adept problem-solver with a keen eye for identifying issues and the skills to provide effective solutions.
  • Interest and Experience in Social Entrepreneurship are desirable
  • Experience in a similar role where you were involved in scaling a startup from 0 to 1 is a plus.

    Recruitment process:

    As a small team, we must get to know each other before leaping. We want to ensure you succeed in your role within our team. Each conversation with us will last about 30-60 minutes. Typically, the whole process takes between 7 - 15 business days depending on your and our schedules. The process will occur over telephone/video calls, so you don't need to worry about travel.

    Setting expectations: This will be a call to understand your profile briefly and share the details of the next steps of the selection process.

    Technical conversation: This will be an online call with our current Recruiter Partnerships team wherein you can expect to be evaluated on your skills and other competencies needed for the job (mentioned above).

    Culture fit conversation: A telephonic call with one of our leadership team to ensure that there is a fit with the UnBubble.

    Extending an offer: If all goes well, we will extend an offer mentioning the relevant details. An in-office round might precede this based on senior management availability.

    Scope: Internship

    Expected Joining Date: Immediate

    Minimum commitment: 6 months

    Office - Research and Innovation Park, IIT Delhi
