Community Manager Student AI
Overview: Student AI is a cutting-edge platform providing dedicated AI tools and tutors for students, graduates, and professionals. We aim to elevate academic and career journeys with 24/7 AI tutoring and 200+ tools. We are looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager to lead community growth initiatives, manage social media, and partner with educational institutions to expand our reach globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement & Content Generation:
- Video Content & Testimonials: Actively engage with the community to collect video testimonials and user-generated content that highlights success stories and experiences with Student AI.
- Content Creation: Manage Student AI's blogs and create engaging content to promote features such as YouTube-to-study-notes conversion, AI tutoring tools, and academic resources.
- Campus Buzz: Generate daily updates and stories across social media platforms, promoting campus innovations, AI tools, and student success stories.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase Student AI's presence across platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Promote product updates, community highlights, and key milestones to drive user engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor social media channels for feedback and respond to community questions and comments in a timely and engaging manner.
- Ambassador Program & Partnerships:
- Hire Ambassadors: Build and manage a global network of student ambassadors to represent Student AI on campuses, spread the word, and collect feedback.
- University Partnerships: Establish relationships with universities and educational institutions to promote Student AI, drive new memberships, and increase brand visibility on campus.
- Develop collaborative programs with universities, including events, workshops, and co-branded initiatives to expand Student AI's reach.
- Awareness & Growth Initiatives:
- Plan and execute awareness campaigns to grow the Student AI community and user base.
- Partner with influencers, educational organizations, and thought leaders to increase brand awareness.
- Organize virtual and in-person events such as webinars, hackathons, and live Q&A sessions to keep the community engaged.
- Testimonial & Content Collection:
- Reach out to users to collect testimonials and reviews, and showcase these on the website and across social media channels.
- Curate a library of student success stories and academic achievements powered by Student AI tools for promotional purposes.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track social media and community engagement metrics to assess the success of campaigns and content.
- Provide regular reports on community growth, engagement, and overall community satisfaction to inform future strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Community Manager, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong content creation skills, including experience with video editing and social media management.
- Experience building partnerships with universities and student communities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience managing ambassador programs or working directly with universities.
- Knowledge of AI tools and platforms and an interest in education technology.
- Familiarity with tools for social media analytics and reporting.
