Community Manager

This is a prominent and distinctive Knowledge Platform looking for a Community Manager who helps bring the Community together through.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for -

• Organizing various Community-building Initiatives to cultivate and grow participation in the platform
• Respond to members/customers as per timelines
• Manage and Grow the E-Commerce platform
• Create engaging content such as blog posts, articles, newsletters, communications materials
• Ideate, build, manage and launch events focused on the Communities needs
• Monitor and optimize Community Engagement levels
• Build and expand Memberships, partnerships to take the Community to the Next Level!!
• Plan and implement Social Media and Communication campaigns to boost Brand awareness

The ideal candidate will need to have -

• Minimum Bachelors Degree - BA, BMS, BMM. Masters or MBA in HR/ Marketing is desired
• Project Management Certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Good project management capability
• Has a service/client experience
• Has a background in Learning, marketing, events, communications, hospitality for 2-3 years
• Enjoys organizing events
