Key Responsibilities
- Design comprehensive training programs encompassing product knowledge, sales techniques and brand values
- Assess and enhance training curriculum to keep pace with industry trends
- Work closely with advisors and provide guidance in developing effective sales pitch that align with customer needs
- Monitor sales performance of team and provide constructive feedback to help improve techniques to achieve sales targets
- Providing coaching and mentorship to beauty advisors
- Develop and maintain accurate sales records and performance metrics
- Utilize data driven insights to identify trends and opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a beauty/skincare/aesthetic advisor with a strong background in sales
- In-depth knowledge of products and industry trends
- Strong training skills with experience in developing training regimens
- Results driven mindset with the ability to set targets and monitor performance
