Job Description

1.Develop compelling written and video content tailored to our student audience.
2.Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.
Maintain consistency in tone and messaging across all content platforms.
2.Community Engagement: Cultivate active and supportive communities on platforms such as Telegram and WhatsApp.
Monitor and respond to student inquiries and discussions in a timely manner.
Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the communities.
3.Student Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for student queries, providing prompt and helpful responses.
4.Proactively identify and address common student concerns or challenges.
Collaborate with other team members to
ensure a seamless student experience.
