Developer Relations roles rely on a programmatic, campaign-driven, relationship-based approach to help tech companies maintain a connection with, get feedback from, and nurture relationships with the developer and startup communities.
Developers and startups are the key users/consumers of the tech platforms and products of the company.
Services & Deliverables of the Role:
Program Management: End-to-end management of developer/startup communities and community initiatives as per plans
Manage day-to-day workflow of developer and startup programs
Keep the community engaged - core teams, members, and faculties
Engage with the local developer ecosystem and communities
Campaign Execution: Lead and own end-to-end execution of campaigns/events
Identify developer community needs and trends, work with the core team to develop strategies to best satisfy them
Identify startups and communities to support and help the core team design curriculum and support the network
Reporting: Maintain a regular cadence of sharing reports and insights
Share monthly reports with insights
Make the Google Developer Platform experience great by sharing feedback/insights with internal teams
Effective Communication
Meetups and Communication: crisp and clear email communications, weekly calls, communication on the Slack channel and other mediums
Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to drive value to the program
Lead the operations with supplier partners and media agency
Travel: travel when needed to support the execution of programs.
Educational backgrounds:
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA).
Master of Technology (M.Tech), Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
