Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Community Manager to join our growing team. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and engaging our online community across
various social media platforms. You will develop and implement strategies to increase our brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster a sense of community among our customers and followers.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our online community and increase engagement across various platforms.
2. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and other interactions with our community in a timely and professional manner.
3. Work closely with the marketing team to develop content and campaigns that resonate with our community and align with our brand voice and messaging.
4. Identify and engage with key influencers and brand advocates in our community.
5. Monitor industry trends and stay up to date with the latest social media best practices to continuously improve our community engagement strategies
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and initiatives that support business goals.
7. Analyse and report on community engagement metrics to inform future strategies and identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
2. Experience in social media management, community management, or a related role.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
5. Experience developing and executing social media strategies.
6. Ability to analyse and interpret social media metrics to inform future strategies.
7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with community members,
influencers, and stakeholders.
8. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
