Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Manager located in Mumbai. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and engaging with our artist community and audiences across various platforms. They will handle content creation, social media management, community building, and customer support. The Community Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement community engagement strategies.
2. Stay updated on industry trends, pop-culture, and community management best practices.
3. Monitor and align discussions and feedback with brand values.
4. Foster a positive and interactive community environment.
5. Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams.
6. Organize and promote events and campaigns.
7. Analyze community metrics and report on growth.
8. Address conflicts promptly and professionally.
9. Engage with interdependent teams to build a highly engaged community.

Requirements:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Passion for influencer marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
