Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Community Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building and nurturing a thriving community, both online and offline. As a Community Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members feel engaged, supported, and valued. You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that drive member growth, participation, and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Community Engagement:
- Build, manage, and grow Oopar's online and offline communities.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all members.
- Regularly interact with community members to understand their needs and interests.
- Organize and facilitate online and offline events, meetups, and activities that align with the community's goals.
- Content Creation:
- Develop engaging content for social media, newsletters, and the Oopar app that resonates with our target audience.
- Event Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community events, workshops, and challenges that align with Oopar's mission.
- Collaborate with local venues and partners to host events that cater to our members interests.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to promote community events and initiatives.
- Partner with external stakeholders, influencers, and organizations to expand the community's reach and impact.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse groups of people.
- Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to drive community engagement.
- Experience with social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- 0-1 Years of community management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internships in community management or content are highly preferred.
- Degree in Psychology/Journalism/Mass Comm is preferred.
- Experience working in a startup environment.
