As a Community Engagement Intern at Vance, you wont just be a bystander; you'll be an active participant. you'll get hands-on experience with consumer engagement, event planning, and cross-team collaborations that directly impact our expansion strategy.
What you'll Do
Conduct user calls and outreach to gain insights into customer preferences and behaviors, using these insights to inform engagement strategies.
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing community engagement drives and events aimed at NRIs in different countries.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials for engagement activities.
Manage and monitor communities, responding to queries and engaging with with users to build trust in brand.
Collect and analyze feedback from community members to measure the success of engagement initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Provide support in organizing webinars, workshops, and other virtual events to connect with our global audience.
What We Need
Basic understanding of marketing and community engagement strategies.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus, but not necessary.
Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and ask questions.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
