Location: Pune(Hybrid)

Work Timings: Monday to Friday

Experience Required: 3+ Years

Summary

We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our growing team in Pune (or nearby)! You'll wear multiple hats, supporting our online community manager and product management team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working across different areas, is a quick learner, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Online Community Building & Management:

  • Assist the online community manager in building and engaging our employee ownership community through our website.
  • Research and identify relevant resources, people, organizations, and content
  • Develop and maintain content calendars for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter).
  • Create social media content to promote Zolidar and our community.
  • Assisting with customer support and responding to inquiries.
  • Schedule and manage interviews with relevant industry people.
  • Organize and manage online discussions and events for the community.

Operational Support:

  • Assist product and engineering teams by gathering and organizing information.
  • Tag content and manage information architecture for easy access.
  • Manage project timelines and deadlines using project management tools.
  • Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination, note-taking, and agenda preparation.
  • Organize team meeting actions, activities, and notes to support collaboration

Experience & Competencies

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively

Proactive and resourceful with a positive attitude

Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools

Ability to work with tools such as Google Sheets, MS Excel, or Airtable

Basic understanding of SEO principles

Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) preferred

Eagerness to learn about the employee ownership landscape

College degree in a related field, such as Data Science, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or Product Management, is preferred
