Job Title: Communicative English Faculty

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Communicative English Faculty member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and the ability to engage students in developing their English language skills, particularly in speaking, listening, reading, and writing for effective communication.
Teaching:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive communicative English curriculum for undergraduate and/or postgraduate students.
Design lesson plans that promote active learning and address the diverse needs of students.
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions that enhance students speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Utilize multimedia and technological resources to facilitate engaging and effective learning experiences.Assessment:
Create and grade assignments, tests, and exams to evaluate students proficiency and progress in communicative English.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic development.
Curriculum Development:
- Collaborate with faculty members to review and update the communicative English curriculum to ensure it meets academic standards and industry requirements.
Integrate real-world scenarios and practical applications into the teaching modules.
Offer academic advising and support to students, helping them overcome challenges in language acquisition.- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities such as language clubs, debates, and workshops.
Professional Development:- Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in language teaching and pedagogy.
A Master's or Bachelors degree or in English,- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in communicative English or a related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to teach effectively using innovative instructional strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
